Allow me to introduce myself! I am Billy, also known as BVD to some, or The Butcher, when I’m in the cage!

I have been an athlete for the majority of my life, and it has impacted me on so many different levels. From football, lacrosse, and wrestling; and now I currently pursue Mixed Martial Arts!

As passionate as I am in athletics, I am equally passionate about helping others achieve their fitness and health goals, athlete or average joe, you deserve to train with purpose and efficiency.

As a Sports Performance Coach, I have worked with NFL players, UFC fighters, amateur fighters, and youth/ high school athletes. But you do not need to be a freak athlete to lose fat, gain muscle/strength, or feel and move better. These are all things that I regularly work on with others when I am not training myself!

My mission is to apply my knowledge and experience to help you become the best version of yourself, physically and mentally, whether you’re an athlete or not.  

With an overabundance of information on the internet, there is a huge demand for evidence-based training and nutrition strategies for those looking to make the changes they need.

You do not need to be a full time fighter to benefit from a strength and conditioning program.

 

If you have goals of losing or gaining weight, gaining strength or power, avoid getting re injured, then you will 100% benefit from a personalized training program. 

 

Avoid falling into the trap of thinking just because you do not compete at a high level means you should not be following a professionally designed training program to keep you healthy and happy with your athletic ability.
